What Data Do We Collect?
1. Form data. When you fill out a dealer application or contact form, we store your name, email, phone, company details (on the application form), and message solely to respond to your request.
2. Basic visit statistics. For every page view on the site, we record the page visited, the referring site (if any), device type (mobile/desktop), and browser type. This is recorded without any cookies; your IP address is never stored — instead we keep a one-way hash that changes daily and cannot be used to re-identify you across days. The purpose is to understand which pages get attention in aggregate.
3. Consent-based extra data. If you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, we also record additional details such as your screen/window size, timezone, browser language, and platform. This is only collected with your explicit consent — choosing "Necessary Only" means none of this extra data is collected.
Who Do We Share Your Data With?
Collected data is not shared with or sold to third parties. Only authorized Securetech staff can access it, via the company admin panel.
How Long Do We Keep It?
Form data is kept until the business relationship or application process is complete; visit statistics are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
